To Make A Booking:
- Read the documents below or on the documentation page: Terms and Conditions of Hire, Hire Charges and Village Hall Guidelines.
- Go to the calendar on the calendar page, view the calendar below or click here. Check availability, Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.
- Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
- Please make sure that your booking form and deposit payment is with the Bookings Administrator on confirmation of booking
- Full payment for hire is due 7 days before your event, see Hall Hire Charges document for payment details.
- If you require an alcohol licence, please ensure that you have obtained a Temporary Event Notice and a copy sent to the Bookings Administrator before the commencement of the event.
- Please read and agree to the “Terms and Conditions of Hire” and “Village Hall Guidelines”, which include all necessary information, including access details to the hall.

Can I hire just one room, or do I have to book the whole hall?
We offer flexible hire options — you can book the main hall, the smaller meeting room, or both spaces together depending on your needs.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have free off-street parking available next to the hall. There is also disabled parking close by.
Is the hall accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes, the hall has an accessible entrance and is suitable for wheelchair users.
What facilities are included with the hire?
The hall includes a fully equipped kitchen, tables and chairs, access to the meeting room, and high-speed broadband. Outside, there is a children’s playground and playing field.
How many people can the hall accommodate?
The main hall can seat up to 80 people (120 standing), and the smaller meeting room can seat 12.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, the hall is equipped with Gigaclear’s hyperfast broadband, offering speeds up to 900Mb/s
Can I host a birthday party at the hall?
Absolutely! The hall is ideal for birthday parties, family gatherings, and other celebrations.
Can I run a yoga class or fitness session?
Yes — the hall is well-suited for exercise classes, yoga sessions, workshops, and community groups.
